Removes the exemption in Delaware Code § 3602 that excluded well-drillers and registered professional engineers from geology licensure requirements.

Eliminates language stating "Nothing contained herein shall be construed to apply to persons engaged solely in the practice of well-drilling or persons engaged in the practice of engineering as registered professional engineers."

Addresses overlapping areas of practice between geologists, well-drillers, and professional engineers by requiring all practitioners in these overlapping areas to meet geology licensing standards.

Ensures that well-drillers and professional engineers cannot claim automatic qualification to perform geological services without demonstrating appropriate competence and expertise.

Strengthens public protection by requiring consistent professional standards across overlapping disciplines rather than allowing broad exemptions.
