Requires physicians to offer ultrasound imaging and auscultation of fetal heart tone services to patients before terminating a pregnancy, except in medical emergencies.

Ultrasound images must display fetal dimensions and accurate portrayal of external members and internal organs at a quality consistent with standard medical practice; patients may choose not to view or listen.

Physicians must obtain patient signatures on forms confirming the ultrasound and auscultation services were offered before proceeding with abortion.

Violations constitute a Class A misdemeanor; physicians may face civil malpractice suits, professional disciplinary action, and liability for wrongful death of the unborn child under Title 10 § 3724.

Allows plaintiffs in civil cases to proceed anonymously using initials or pseudonyms, and permits recovery of attorney's fees if judgment is rendered in plaintiff's favor.
