Removes the restriction requiring U.S. flagpoles to be installed prior to termination of community developer control, allowing flagpoles to be installed at any time.

Permits property owners and tenants to display the U.S. flag on poles attached to buildings or on flagpoles within property boundaries, regardless of homeowners association or deed restrictions.

Establishes that flagpoles must not exceed 25 feet in height and must conform to all setback requirements.

Specifies that U.S. flags displayed on such flagpoles cannot exceed 3 feet by 5 feet in measurement.

Provides that flagpoles installed after developer control ends are not required to be removed.
