Requires law enforcement agencies to immediately accept and act on missing child reports and enter information into Delaware Criminal Justice Information System (DELJIS) and National Crime Information Center (NCIC) databases.

Mandates law enforcement agencies transmit missing child report information to the Clearinghouse within 24 hours of receipt and notify the Delaware Information Analysis Center (DIAC) to assist in search and location efforts.

Requires law enforcement agencies to institute appropriate search procedures including coordination of volunteer search teams and notification to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Eliminates automatic time limitations for missing children investigations, allowing law enforcement to begin immediate active investigations regardless of agency rules.

Requires law enforcement and the Clearinghouse to immediately purge missing child information upon location of the child and return any fingerprints provided by parents or guardians.
