Prohibits confidentiality provisions in settlement agreements for claims involving sexual assault, sexual harassment, workplace harassment or discrimination, retaliation for reporting harassment or discrimination, and sexual exploitation of a minor.

Voids any confidentiality provisions that prevent disclosure of factual information related to covered claims entered into on or after June 30, 2022, declaring them against public policy.

Allows settlement agreements to shield the identity of the claimant and facts that could reveal their identity at the claimant's request.

Permits provisions that restrict disclosure of settlement payment amounts.

Applies to civil actions and administrative complaints, with courts unable to enter orders that restrict disclosure in violation of this section.
