Amends § 4106 of Title 21 of the Delaware Code to add vehicles under the control of the Delaware State Fire Prevention Commission to the definition of authorized emergency vehicles.

Clarifies that vehicles of the Delaware State Fire Prevention Commission may be equipped with emergency lights and are entitled to the same privileges as other emergency vehicles when responding to calls.

Authorized emergency vehicle privileges include parking without restrictions, proceeding past red lights or stop signs after slowing for safety, exceeding speed limits without endangering life or property, and disregarding movement or turning regulations.

Emergency vehicle exemptions apply only when the vehicle uses audible or visual signals meeting state requirements, except for police vehicles which are not required to use such signals.

Drivers of emergency vehicles are not liable for negligent acts or omissions, except for gross, willful, or wanton negligence, so long as applicable signal requirements are followed.
