Authorizes the Division of Motor Vehicles to issue a special "Support Pollinators" license plate upon receipt of at least 50 applications.

Applies to private passenger vehicles and motor vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating of 26,000 pounds or less, excluding trucks registered under the International Registration Plan.

Requires a one-time fee of $50 ($15 administrative fee, $35 for pollinator programs) in addition to annual registration fees; replacement plates charged at cost.

Deposits the $15 administrative fee into a special fund for promoting the plate and administration; allocates the remaining $35 to the Department for pollinator-related conservation work including native species and milkweed plantings.

Plate design determined by the Division of Motor Vehicles and Department's Environmental Studies Office; may substitute "The First State" with "Support Pollinators, Plant Native Species."
