Expands the definition of "qualified related professional services" to include physical therapists alongside doctors of medicine, doctors of osteopathy, and doctors of podiatric medicine.

Permits physical therapists, physicians, and podiatrists to organize together as a professional corporation under Delaware law.

Allows professional fees to be divided among physical therapists, physicians, and podiatrists practicing within the same corporate entity through contractual arrangements.

Enables physical therapists to be compensated as bona fide employees of business entities that include physicians and podiatrists.

Brings Delaware into alignment with 49 other states that already permit these partnership and employment arrangements among physical therapists, physicians, and podiatrists.
