Requires insurance carriers to reimburse chiropractor services at rates no less than Medicare reimbursement rates for comparable services, effective January 1, 2022.

Allows use of reasonable cost containment measures such as deductibles, coinsurance, and utilization review, with copayments or coinsurance capped at 25% of the fee due to the chiropractor.

Prohibits annual or lifetime numerical limits on chiropractic visits for treatment of back pain under disability insurance and health and accident insurance plans.

Exempts accident-only, specified disease, hospital indemnity, Medicare supplement, long-term care, disability income, and other limited benefit policies from the Medicare reimbursement rate requirements.

Makes the Medicare reimbursement rate provisions non-waivable by contract, voiding any contractual arrangements that conflict with or attempt to waive these requirements.
