Expands Delaware's sexual extortion law (§ 774) to include compelling or inducing another person to produce visual depictions of themselves or others who are nude or engaging in sexual conduct.

Adds a new threat element making it illegal to threaten to reproduce, distribute, exhibit, publish, transmit, or otherwise disseminate nude or sexually explicit visual depictions of any person.

Maintains sexual extortion as a class E felony under the expanded statute.

Covers threats instilling fear that such images will be shared to compel sexual acts or production of sexual images.
