Authorizes bundling of unimproved or vacant real property for sheriff's sale when the State or political subdivision has filed a writ of venditioni exponas due to outstanding liens or judgments.

Requires at least 7 days' notice to each record owner before bundled sale if properties have different owners, identifying owner, address, tax parcel number, and assessed value of each parcel.

Allocates sheriff's sale proceeds from bundled properties on a pro rata basis according to the assessed value of each parcel in the bundle.

Permits land banks to acquire unimproved or vacant property at sheriff's sale by submitting a "final apex bid" equal to the total outstanding liens or judgments recorded 5 days before the sale, which automatically wins the sale regardless of other bids.

Allows property owners to redeem property sold via final apex bid to a land bank within 60 days of court approval by paying the land bank the bid amount.
