Renames the Blackbird State Forest's Meadows Tract to the "Ennis Tract" in honor of Senator Bruce C. Ennis.

Department of Agriculture must place appropriate signage at the renamed tract, including informational signage on Senator Ennis's achievements.

The Meadows Tract encompasses 456 acres with open meadows, forested trails, three ponds, and one of Delaware's two forest education centers.

Senator Ennis served nearly 40 years in the General Assembly (State Representative from 1982, State Senator from 2007) and championed volunteer fire services, veterans affairs, agricultural preservation, and conservation efforts.
