Increases the maximum monetary penalty imposed by the Board of Electrical Examiners from $1,500 to not less than $4,500 per violation.

Applies to disciplinary sanctions under § 1414 of Title 24 of the Delaware Code when Board findings match conditions or violations in § 1412.

Makes technical corrections to conform existing law to the Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual standards.

Board retains authority to impose sanctions singly or in combination, including reprimands, censure, probation, license suspension or revocation, and monetary penalties.
