Revises tax rate for Sussex County Vocational-Technical High School District to 26.50 cents per $100 of real property value for tax year 2021, increasing to 27.50 cents for 2022, 28.50 cents for 2023, 29.50 cents for 2024 and thereafter, with revenue designated for current expenses only.

Repeals § 2602(b) of Title 14 establishing the Tax Rate Review Committee, as the committee has been inactive for decades and has been replaced by the citizen budget oversight committee under § 1508 of Title 14.

Revises enrollment caps for the District to 1,300 students for school year 2021-2022, 1,350 students for 2022-2023, 1,400 students for 2023-2024, and 1,450 students for 2024-2025 and all subsequent years.

Maintains existing student admission preferences for siblings of currently enrolled students and children of District employees working at least 30 hours per week on a permanent basis.

Makes technical corrections to conform existing law to Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual standards.
