Allows existing farm structures no longer used for farming to be converted for public and private gatherings (weddings, parties, conferences, fundraising events) if the structures existed when the district was approved or expanded.

Permits use of up to one acre of land currently in agricultural use for events, provided an equal or greater amount of land is converted to active beneficial agricultural use.

Allows existing farm structures to increase in exterior dimensions by no more than 50% of their original footprint area, with attached canopies not exceeding 30% of the structure's footprint.

Requires that event areas be limited to the extent feasible to avoid impacts on current agricultural operations on the farmland.

Makes technical corrections to conform existing law to Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual standards.
