Amends § 8609 of Title 14 of the Delaware Code to modify the Delaware Advisory Council on Career and Technical Education (DACCTE) annual report requirements.

Adds a new requirement for DACCTE to include advocacy efforts to provide career and technical education students and their families with timely information regarding educational, employment, and training opportunities in their annual report.

Requires DACCTE to submit annual reports to the Governor, General Assembly, Department of Education's Director of Career and Technical Education, and the Director and Librarian of the Division of Research of Legislative Council.

Results from the 2019 Joint Legislative Oversight and Sunset Committee review of DACCTE to improve information access for students and families seeking career and technical education opportunities.
