Requires attending physicians or hospital designees to contact the Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) at or near the time of a patient's death to determine suitability for organ, tissue, and eye donation.

Mandates that contact with the OPO and the disposition decision be documented in the patient's medical record.

Permits the OPO to seek additional medical history and health information from the Delaware Health Information Network (DHIN) when needed to determine donation suitability.

Requires DHIN to provide timely access to clinical data and medical information on potential anatomical donors if DHIN has entered into an agreement with the OPO for such access.
