Designates March 29, 2021 as "National Vietnam War Veterans Day" in Delaware to honor and recognize Vietnam veterans and their families for their service and sacrifice.

Acknowledges approximately 9.2 million Americans served in Vietnam between November 1, 1955 and May 15, 1975, with 58,318 names on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial wall.

Recognizes the costs of the war including 304,000 wounded, 1,253 still missing in action, approximately 2,500 prisoners of war, and 2.8 million exposed to Agent Orange.

Selected March 29 as the recognition date because Military Assistance Command Vietnam was deactivated on March 29, 1973.

Resolution also aims to highlight Armed Forces service, wartime contributions by American citizens, technological and medical advances, and contributions by allied nations.
