Creates the Delaware School Violence Task Force to make findings and recommendations on ensuring children's safety traveling to and from school and within school buildings.

Task Force comprises 12 members including legislators from both chambers and parties, three public members from each county with children in Delaware schools, and representatives from the Department of Education, Department of Health and Social Services, Delaware School Board Association, Delaware Association of School Administrators, and Delaware State Police.

Task Force must hold its first meeting no later than 60 days after passage and submit a final report to the General Assembly, Governor, and Legislative Council by October 31, 2022.

Task Force chair responsible for setting meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, maintaining member lists, and ensuring final report distribution to all General Assembly members and relevant state entities.

Concurrent Resolution expires 90 days after the Task Force's first meeting; a quorum requires a majority of members present for official action.
