Creates the Delaware School Violence Prevention Task Force to develop findings and recommendations for creating safe school environments where learning can be prioritized.

Task Force must evaluate school safety strategies including: developing a comprehensive safety framework with parents and key partners, identifying research-based approaches, creating a resource clearinghouse, improving communication and information sharing, and integrating school resource officers.

Task Force membership comprises 11 legislative and organizational representatives (2 Senate members, 2 House members, 3 public members with school-enrolled children from each county, 3 teachers from each county, and heads of relevant state departments and education organizations).

First meeting must occur within 60 days of passage, with a final report due to the General Assembly and Governor by October 31, 2022; Task Force expires 90 days after first meeting.

General Assembly is responsible for providing reasonable support staff and materials for the Task Force's operations.
