Designates October 2021 as "Dysautonomia Awareness Month" in Delaware

Dysautonomia affects over 70 million people worldwide and includes conditions such as Diabetic Autonomic Neuropathy, Vasovagal Syncope, Pure Autonomic Failure, and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome

Acknowledges that dysautonomia can be disabling, causing social isolation, family stress, and financial hardship, and that some forms can result in death

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to prepare and present a suitable copy of the resolution to Dysautonomia International
