Designates March as "Eating Disorders Awareness and Prevention Month" in Delaware.

Identifies that up to 30 million people in the United States suffer from eating disorders during their lifetime, with an estimated 26,000 females and 11,000 males in Delaware affected.

Notes that eating disorders have the highest mortality rate of any mental illness and are associated with increased suicide risk.

Encourages the Department of Health and Social Services to research methods to raise awareness, prevent, and treat eating disorders in the state.

Acknowledges that Delaware currently lacks eating disorder-specific organizations, facilities, programs, or residential treatment options.
