Establishes an Aging-in-Place Working Group to develop policy recommendations for improving Delaware's home and community-based services infrastructure to enable seniors to remain in their homes safely and independently.

Working Group composition includes 4 legislators (2 senators and 2 representatives from majority and minority caucuses serving as co-chairs), 2 Department of Health & Social Services representatives, and representatives from AARP, Alzheimer's Association, Delaware Aging Network, Delaware Healthcare Association, and Delaware Association of Home and Community Care.

Includes 5 public members appointed by the Governor representing adult social service providers, care recipients, caregivers, senior centers, and federally qualified health centers, with emphasis on diverse backgrounds and geographic representation across all three counties.

Working Group must deliver policy recommendations and implementation strategies to the General Assembly by March 30, 2022.
