Honors the Delaware Volunteer Firefighter's Association for 100 years of service, established February 24, 1921, at the Carlisle Fire Company in Milford.

Recognizes that the association now includes all 60 volunteer fire companies in Delaware and has held annual conventions since its founding, except during World War II (1942-1944) and the 2020 Coronavirus Pandemic.

Acknowledges the association's mission of serving, promoting, and supporting community-based fire, rescue, emergency medical, and emergency response services across Delaware.

Notes the association operates subsidiary organizations including the Fire Chief's Association, Emergency Medical Services Association, Fire Police Association, Ladies Auxiliary Association (LADVFA), and Mutual Relief Association.

Commends the past and present membership of the Delaware Volunteer Firefighter's Association for their distinguished service and extends appreciation for their continued success.
