Notes Delaware has the 13th highest rate of gun homicides in the country, with 78% of all homicides in Delaware involving a gun compared to 74% nationally.

Establishes ending gun violence as a policy priority and commits the General Assembly to supporting legislative solutions addressing school safety, armed hate and extremism, suicide prevention, and support for gun violence survivors.
