Congratulates Wilmington Friends School as the winner of the 2021 Delaware High School Mock Trial Competition and wishes them success at the National High School Mock Trial Championship in May.

Recognizes runners-up: Charter School of Wilmington (second place), Salesianum School (third place), Archmere Academy (fourth place), and Cab Calloway School of the Arts (fifth place).

Commends Mount Pleasant High School for winning the Delaware Way Award, given to the team best exemplifying ideals of civility, justice, and fairness.

Notes that over 200 students from 20 teams across Delaware's public, private, parochial, and charter schools participated in the February 19-20, 2021 competition held in virtual format due to the pandemic.

Acknowledges the competition is sponsored by the Delaware Law Related Education Center, Inc., and provides valuable civic learning experience where students make arguments, question witnesses, and argue both sides of cases.
