Recognizes March 25, 2022 as the 201st Anniversary of Greek Independence in Delaware, commemorating the beginning of the war for independence that started on March 25, 1821, when Bishop Germanos of Patras raised the Greek flag at the Monastery of Agia Lavra.

Reaffirms Delaware's commitment to democracy and religious freedom, and urges Turkey to respect the rights and religious freedoms of the Ecumenical Patriarchate.

Honors Greek-Americans in Delaware for their contributions to the community and their preservation of cultural traditions.

Acknowledges ancient Greece's foundational influence on modern democratic principles and the United States Constitution, as well as Greece's contributions to literature, philosophy, architecture, and the Olympic Games.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit certified copies of the resolution to the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Wilmington, members of Delaware's Congressional delegation, and the Archbishop of the Greek Archdiocese of America.
