Designates March 25, 2021, as the 200th Anniversary of Greek Independence Day in Delaware, commemorating Greece's War of Independence (1821-1829) against Ottoman rule.

Reaffirms Delaware's commitment to the principles of democracy and religious freedom shared by Greece and the United States.

Urges Turkey to respect the rights and religious freedoms of the Ecumenical Patriarchate.

Directs the Secretary of State to transmit certified copies of the resolution to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Wilmington, Delaware's Congressional delegation, and Archbishop Elpidophoros of the Greek Archdiocese of America.

Recognizes Greece as a long-standing U.S. ally in NATO and the Eastern Mediterranean region with shared interests in security, energy stability, and democratic values.
