Requires University of Delaware, Delaware State University, and Delaware Technical and Community College to grant undergraduate course credit for Advanced Placement exam scores of 3 or higher for correlated courses.

Permits institutions to require scores higher than 3 only when credit is applied to specific major or program requirements, but students with scores of 3 or higher must receive credit in another area outside their major or program.

Mandates each institution publish its Advanced Placement credit policies on its website, including the number and type of credits awarded for each exam score.

Takes effect on August 1 following enactment into law.
