Establishes four alternative pathways to become a surveyor intern, including college senior status, completion of a 4-year surveying program with 4,000 hours of experience, completion of a 4,000-hour surveying program with 4,000 additional hours of experience, or 11,000 hours of experience with Level IV Survey Technician Certification.

Requires surveyor interns to pass the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) fundamentals of surveying examination, with college seniors required to provide proof of graduation before licensure.

Requires professional land surveyors to have 8,000 hours of experience as a surveyor intern and pass the NCEES principles and fundamentals examinations plus a 2-hour Delaware drainage and law examination.

Allows work experience gained under Maryland property line surveyors or surveyors in other states with equivalent licensing to count toward Delaware experience requirements.

Provides immunity from civil or criminal trespass liability for professional land surveyors and their supervised employees who enter adjacent land in good faith to conduct surveys after attempting to notify neighboring landowners.
