Allows either spouse to convey real property held as tenancy by the entirety to both spouses or to the other spouse without requiring the other spouse's joinder in the deed.

Permits conveyances between spouses in any estate or tenancy (other than tenancy by the entirety for single-spouse transfers) without the non-conveying spouse's joinder.

Authorizes conveyances by both spouses together to either one spouse alone or to both spouses in any estate or tenancy.

Deems all conveyances of the types described in the statute valid retroactively, including those made before, on, or after the effective date of this Act.

Confirms that property held by the entireties is not subject to the claims of a creditor of only one spouse.
