Requires the Child Protection Accountability Commission (CPAC) to receive quarterly updates and annual reports from the Delaware Anti-Trafficking Action Council regarding suspected human trafficking of children.

Establishes a dedicated review panel and oversight committee within CPAC to investigate and review cases of suspected human trafficking of children, with the same subpoena power and authority as the system reviewing child abuse deaths.

Integrates suspected human trafficking of children into Delaware's multidisciplinary child protection response system, requiring involvement of the Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families, law enforcement, and the Department of Justice.

Requires the Investigation Coordinator to track and monitor cases involving suspected human trafficking of children from inception to final criminal and civil disposition, and mandates reporting to CPAC and the Delaware Anti-Trafficking Action Council.

Designates the Office of the Child Advocate to provide staff support to CPAC's review panel and committee for investigating suspected human trafficking cases, with members receiving immunity from suit if acting in good faith.
