Expands the Video Lottery Intercept Program to include sports lottery, table game, and charitable gaming organization prizes in addition to video lottery winnings.

Requires video lottery facility operators to check if prize winners owe qualified child support obligations before awarding prizes of $1,200 or more.

Directs operators to reduce prizes by 100% if the prize amount is less than or equal to the child support obligation, or by the obligation amount if the prize exceeds it.

Mandates cooperative agreements between the Division of Child Support Services and lottery facility operators requiring monthly data updates and automated data exchanges when feasible.

Protects lottery facility operators from liability for disclosing winner information to the Division of Child Support Services or for actions taken in good faith to comply with the intercept requirements.
