Mandates uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage of $100,000 per person/$300,000 per incident for bodily injury and $50,000 for property damage for small taxicab operators.

Requires personal injury protection insurance of $15,000 per person and $30,000 per incident for taxicab owners operating 2 or fewer vehicles.

Maintains $1,000,000 combined liability and uninsured/underinsured coverage requirements for all other public carriers and taxicab operators with more than 2 vehicles.
