Increases the number of Family Court Commissioners from 5 to 7 statewide.

Requires at least 2 Commissioners to be assigned to Kent County and at least 2 Commissioners to be assigned to Sussex County.

Requires all newly appointed and reappointed Commissioners to reside in the county where they seek appointment.

Commissioners continue to hold 4-year terms for initial appointments and 6-year terms for subsequent appointments, and must be admitted to practice law in Delaware or another state.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
