Changes language in Delaware Code § 925 (Title 10) to require police officers to enter private property to enforce family court custody orders when the order requires their assistance, replacing discretionary "may" with mandatory "shall"

Amends § 1031 (Title 10) and § 727 (Title 13) to mandate that police officers enter private property to take physical custody of a child when a court custody order requires their assistance

Modifies § 2512A (Title 13) to require law-enforcement officers to enter private property to enforce court orders granting Department of Services for Children, Youth and Families (DSCYF) custody when required by the court order

Amends § 906 (Title 16) to authorize law enforcement to enter private property to take physical custody of a child for enforcing Family Court custody orders awarded to the Department, even when not investigating child abuse or neglect

Updates § 9016 (Title 29) to authorize special investigators to take custody of a child and enter private property pursuant to Family Court orders or in conjunction with law enforcement
