Modifies § 1305 of Title 14 of the Delaware Code to specify national certifications and certifying agencies for school employee salary supplements.

Maintains 12% salary supplement for employees certified by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards or equivalent approved programs.

Establishes 6% salary supplement for employees holding specified national certifications including: Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (speech pathologists/audiologists), Nationally Certified School Counselor from NBCC, Board Certified Music Therapist from CBMT, Nationally Certified School Psychologist from NASP, Nationally Certified School Nurse from NBCSN, and advanced certifications from AOTA or NBCOT (occupational therapists).

Adds school-based physical therapists who have passed the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) as administered by FSBPT to the list of eligible certifications for the 6% supplement.

Requires the Department of Education to provide funding for the supplement provisions in its annual budget, subject to annual appropriation.
