Requires all individual health insurance contracts delivered, issued, or renewed after December 31, 2024 to cover speech-language therapy for children from birth to age 18 diagnosed with seven specified speech-language disorders classified in ICD-10.

Mandates group and blanket health insurance policies or contracts delivered, issued, or renewed after December 31, 2024 to provide coverage for the same seven speech-language disorders in children.

Exempts specific insurance types from the coverage requirement, including hospital confinement indemnity, disability income, accident-only, long-term care, Medicare supplement, limited benefit health, and specified disease indemnity policies.

Allows insurers to apply standard policy provisions such as deductibles, coinsurance, allowable charge limitations, and coordination of benefits, as well as restrictions requiring treatment by licensed, certified, or carrier-approved providers.

Becomes effective December 31, 2024 and applies to all policies, contracts, or certificates issued, renewed, modified, altered, amended, or reissued after that date.
