Excludes workers' compensation and related employer's liability insurance from the scope of Chapter 25 (Insurance) of Title 18, making it subject to Chapter 26 instead.

Transfers § 2533 and § 2534 from Chapter 25 to Chapter 26 of Title 18 to consolidate workers' compensation-related provisions.

Repeals § 2622 (Effective date) from Chapter 26 and removes the October 16, 1993 effective date provision.

Makes technical corrections to conform statutory language with the Legislative Drafting Manual, including changing "to" to "to all of the following" and "shall not apply to" to "does not apply to any of the following" for clarity and consistency.
