Amends Delaware Code Title 14 § 8003 to establish enforcement procedures for school bus stop violations detected by safety cameras

Division of Motor Vehicles shall refuse to renew vehicle registration if owner or operator fails to pay civil penalty, request a hearing, submit an affidavit, or appear at a scheduled hearing

Clerk of the Court may enter a civil traffic judgment against non-compliant owners or operators for the civil penalty, costs, and applicable penalty amounts with credit for amounts already paid

Court judgments may be transferred to the civil docket and enforced or transferred in the same manner as other court judgments, with school districts authorized to seek execution and enforcement
