Delaware residents who are victims of human trafficking will receive tuition waivers at University of Delaware, Delaware State University, and Delaware Technical Community College

Eligible costs covered include tuition, mandatory fees, on-campus housing, and a standard meal plan available year-round

Waiver amount equals total eligible costs minus any grants or scholarships received (loans excluded from this calculation)

Tuition waiver may be awarded for up to 5 years for full-time enrolled students

Department of Justice will certify applicants as human trafficking victims, while each institution designates a staff contact to assist students with the application process
