Remove the phrase "Day Nursery for Colored Children" from § 1563 Title 9 and replace with "School and Nursery" in the list of charitable corporations eligible for county appropriations.

Repeal the tax exemption for "Layton Home for Aged Colored Persons, Incorporated" from § 8106 Title 9.

Remove reference to "poll tax on all persons 21 years of age and upward" from § 2116 Title 14 regarding school district bonding authority and funding mechanisms.

Change "Division of Social Services" to "Division of Family Services" and remove the racial restriction "white" from § 362 Title 31 regarding admission to The Elizabeth W. Murphey School.

Update language in § 362 Title 31 to conform with current legislative drafting standards and reflect current agency responsibilities.
