Establishes a Teacher Academy scholarship for students who complete a Teacher Academy program in Delaware public schools and enroll in a Delaware college or university.

Scholarship award is $2,500 for one year only, payable in two equal parts (one per semester).

Applicants must complete a Teacher Academy, be enrolled full-time in an educator preparation program with intent to earn a bachelor's degree, and begin the program in the fall semester directly after high school graduation.

Students applying for educator support scholarships under § 3438 are automatically considered for the Teacher Academy scholarship without requiring a separate application.

Applicants must apply for and accept all other available financial aid including Federal Pell Grants and state/institutional aid programs, except loans.
