Requires all individual and group health insurance policies issued or renewed in Delaware after December 31, 2025, to cover doula services provided by Delaware Certification Board-certified doulas.

Mandates coverage include three prenatal visits (up to 90 minutes each), three postpartum visits (up to 90 minutes each), and attendance through labor and birth.

Requires coverage for additional postpartum visits when recommended by a licensed practitioner or clinician operating within their scope of practice.

Exempts accident-only, specified disease, hospital indemnity, Medicare supplement, long-term care, disability income, and other limited benefit health insurance policies from the requirement.

Allows standard policy provisions such as deductibles, coinsurance, and benefit limitations to apply to doula service coverage.
