Sunsets the Provider Advisory Board, established in 2011 to advise the Office of Child Care Licensing on regulations for early care and education, family child care homes, and school-age centers.

Repeals §§ 3006A and 3007A of Title 14 of the Delaware Code that established the Provider Advisory Board's composition, appointment procedures, and powers and duties.

Replaces the Board representative position on the Extended Learning Opportunities Subcommittee with a licensed provider that services children not yet kindergarten age or school age, appointed by the Governor.

Modifies § 1703A to change position 12 on the Extended Learning Opportunities Subcommittee from a Provider Advisory Board representative to a licensed early childhood provider.

Removes the Board based on Joint Legislative Oversight and Sunset Committee's conclusion that the Board is not fulfilling its statutory duties, as the Office of Child Care Licensing is meeting provider needs without the Board's assistance.
