Shift candidate notification of candidacy deadline from the second Tuesday in July to the fourth Tuesday in February, with withdrawal deadline adjusted to the first Friday after the fourth Tuesday in February.

Change filing fee notification deadline from July 1 to February 1, and background check determination deadline from August 1 to March 15 for candidates seeking statewide, General Assembly, or county office.

Modify the closed period for voter party affiliation changes from the last Saturday in May through primary election day to 59 days before the primary election day.

Make all changes applicable to primary elections conducted after December 31, 2025.
