Require the Division of Public Health to provide school nurses with access to lead screening and test results for enrolled students, including specific results in micrograms per deciliter by January 1, 2025.

Mandate that all school districts and charter schools report to the Division of Public Health by November 1 each year the number of kindergarten students who have not completed required lead screening.

Require that any contracts or computer system upgrades used by schools must continue to include lead test results and data.

Store proof of lead screening in each student's school health record to ensure education and health services can be coordinated for children with elevated lead levels.
