Allows law enforcement officers to submit written requests preventing government agencies and persons from publicly releasing their personal information, including home addresses, phone numbers, financial account numbers, and family members' identities.

Requires government agencies to remove personal information from publicly available content within 72 hours of receiving a written request and prohibits future public release of that information.

Directs law enforcement agencies to develop policies allowing officers to file written requests with their employer, which must then notify other government agencies and persons; employers must also enroll consenting officers in online privacy vendor services.

Provides civil remedies including injunctive relief, declaratory relief, and statutory damages of not less than $10,000 and not more than 3 times actual damages for violations; also allows criminal penalties if applicable under Delaware law.

Written requests remain valid for 2 years, are renewable unlimited times while employed, and may be extended 2 years for officers who retire or leave in good standing; officers removed for cause lose protection immediately.
