Expands epinephrine autoinjector coverage requirements to all individuals regardless of age, effective December 31, 2024, whereas current law only requires coverage for individuals 18 years of age or younger.

Requires all individual health insurance policies, group and blanket health insurance policies, health maintenance organization plans, and health service corporation plans to include at least 1 formulation of epinephrine autoinjectors on the lowest tier of the drug formulary.

Maintains existing coverage requirements for individuals 18 years of age or younger, effective December 31, 2021, while extending the same requirement to adults over 18 by December 31, 2024.

Adds applicability language to § 3571Y of Title 18 clarifying that the epinephrine autoinjector coverage requirement does not apply to accident-only, specified disease, hospital indemnity, Medicare supplement, long-term care, disability income, or other limited benefit health insurance policies.
