Department of Elections must mail polling place notifications to all registered voters by nonforwardable first-class mail no later than 30 days before the state primary election in years when a general election is held.

Notice must include a brief description of all available voting methods and the dates and times for general and primary elections.

Notice must include voter registration deadlines for each election and deadlines for party changes before a primary election.

Notice must include a brief outline of procedures and requirements at polling places and early voting sites.

If the notice is returned as undeliverable, the Department shall follow procedures set forth in § 2014 to update and verify voter registration records.
